Juan de Dios Crespo-Pérez

AIAF President 

Juan de Dios is Partner of Ruiz-Huerta & Crespo Law firm and specialist in sports and EU and international law.

He holds a Master’s Degree in International Sport Law, LL.M. (h.c.) and Master of Arts (URJC).

After being the external lawyer of the Spanish Football League (2000-2010), he is now legal advisor of football clubs, players, agents, federations and leagues worldwide. He has acted as a lawyer in more than 350 CAS procedures.

Juan de Dios is a Professor in several Sports Law Masters worldwide. He is also an Arbitrator at the European Court of Arbitration of the European Handball Federation (EHF) and at the International Chamber of Commerce, the Valencian Chamber of Commerce, ALADDE (Latin American Sports Law Association) and Sports Resolutions (UK).

Juan de Dios has published more than 120 articles on Sports Law and written or co-written 14 Sports Law books.
