Patricia Moyersoen
AIAF President
Patricia Moyersoen has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1985. She founded and has managed Moyersoen Avocats since 1988.
Holder of a postgraduate degree in Private International Law from the Paris VIII Law School, she quickly specialised in the fields of copyright law, entertainment law and sports law.
Patricia advises many authors, artists and directors as well as theatres, companies and cultural institutions.
She also advises major French football and rugby clubs, as well as sports federations and athletes both before ordinary courts and before national and international sports bodies (UEFA, FIFA, IRB, CAS).
Patricia collaborated on the drafting of the Lamy Droit du Sport. She regularly contributes to the Cahiers de Droit du Sport, to the droitdusport.com website and to Football Legal, a football law review.
She lectures on the Masters in Sports Law at the Faculty of Law of Aix-Marseille and at the University of Burgundy. She participates in numerous symposia and international conferences on sports law.
She is an Arbitrator at the Chamber of Sport Arbitration, under the aegis of the French National Olympic Committee. She was a member of the UEFA Appeals Body between 2011 and 2015. She is a member of the French Sports Lawyers Association (AADS). She is President of the International Association of Football Lawyers (AIAF).
